At NiSoft we know your expertise counts, so all our projects start with kick-off meetings where we listen to your needs and capture your safety rule requirements. We provide a tailored implementation plan including training workshops designed to suit personnel in a busy and demanding environment.
We then configure eclipse and DEx to suit your site, providing tried-and-tested systems that work exactly as you need them to. We provide on-site, interactive training through workshops and manuals. Your NiSoft Project Manager will be on-site and work closely with you before launch.
To ensure continuity of service after you Go-Live, your project implementation team will move forward with you providing on-going support as you need it.
