Setup safety documents, allocate lockout boxes and schedule work safety documents in advance of an outage or shutdown. The outage module allows for all safety documents to be setup and the details populated, Isolations specified and the tags printed all in a dedicated offline part of the system that doesn’t affect the live day to day tasks. When documents are ready to be approved or issued they can be released into the main system.
Multiple outage plans can be setup in the system and be tracked and worked on as individual plans so there is no confusion or conflict with the live plans. The system will also check for isolation conflict, work location conflict and other pre-defined warnings prior to the release of any documents into the live environment.
