As VP of Corporate Systems, Chris is responsible for managing all internal control systems including Human Resources, Information Systems and office facilities for NiSoft. Before joining us in August 2000, Chris was the manager of Information Systems at IMR (Global). While there he was responsible for creation, implementation and on-going management of the information systems capable of sustaining a workforce of 300 employees. Chris graduated from Exeter University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He is recognised as a Chartered IT Professional within the British Computer Society. Keen on golf and gardening, Chris can be found in the great outdoors most of the year enjoying the Irish weather.

Phil joined NiSoft in 2010 as a Software Engineer following IT roles with HP/Compaq, Ballymena Borough Council and Reid Furniture Ireland. Phil has assumed increasing responsibility for the technical direction of the company’s products and now leads all software development including configuration for new products as well as for customer-specific projects. Phil has a HNC in Software Engineering from Belfast Metropolitan College. When he is not directing software activities at NiSoft, Phil may be found remodeling homes, building networks or spending time with family on Northern Ireland’s spectacular North Down Coast.

Simon joined NiSoft in 2013 after spending 15 years in Asia as a supplier to Oil and Gas, Power Generation and Petrochemical industries. His experience both in the on and offshore environment in 5 continents has brought both a great depth of experience and vision to NiSoft as we launched our e3 product in Asia and EMEA in 2013. Simon’s previous experience goes back over 25 years in using and understanding safety and engineering systems in the UK power industry which is a great asset to NiSoft and our customer engagements. Simon’s passion for all things Star Wars and Marvel have won him many friends in customers sites and comic stores around the world.

Gareth joined NiSoft in 1997 having graduated with a BSc Honours Degree in Computer Science & Business Administration from Queen’s University, Belfast. Prior to joining NiSoft, he held Customer Service and Management roles with two of the largest retail companies in the UK. With NiSoft he has held positions of increasing responsibility from Trainee Software Engineer to Client Services Manager and now in a global role as Maintenance Manager for customers worldwide. When Gareth isn’t providing world class support to our customers, he spends his time trying to become the world’s best at some of Ireland’s most beautiful golf courses.

Andy has been with NiSoft since 2000, starting life as a client services engineer in the Singapore office with clients across the Asia Pacific region. He then went on to become involved with Business Development across Europe before taking the role of VP Sales for the EMEA region. After a brief spell in the Internal Communications industry, Andy re-joined NiSoft in 2018 to take up a regional VP role alongside Simon in the EMEA region. Andy loves the outdoors with the family and can be found sheltering from the rain in campsites around Ireland during the ‘summer’.

Ryan joined NiSoft in 2021 as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, adding to the existing Quality Assurance department and helping with the testing involved in providing maintenance, as well as future projects still in the works. Graduating from Queen’s University Belfast with a bachelor’s degree in Computing and Information Technology, Ryan had a year stint working at Almac in his home county of Armagh, joining their software testing department in 2019 where he first learned the ropes of his new role. In early 2025, Ryan transitioned into the Software Test Manager role, initially in an acting capacity before being made permanent in July of the same year. An avid fan of football and video games, when he is not glued to his work screen, he is happily glued to another.
