Job Description

Part of the software configuration team for a suite of core products at a long established industry leading global company. Reporting to the Software Configuration Manager.

Ideal candidates would have an interest in software, it is not necessary to have a software development backround. Great opportunity to become involved in a software product company, as a transfer from another career path or a first step into software production.

Key duties and skills include:

• Creation and configuration of client specifc reports using SQL based toolset
• Configuration of an existing software product to customers business rules and requirements
• Opportunity to learn and implement basic C# knowledge
• Working closely with all aspects of software delivery lifecycle including reviewing requirements, designing and implementing solutions, testing and delivery
• SQL knowledge would be advantageous
• Communication skills, including working with a number of teams
• Requires the ability to pay close attention to detail
• Familiarisation with the software products and new feature sets essential
• Ideal candidates display ability to employ logical problem solving skills
